You can find all search options at a glance on the homepage.

• Search for a genuine part for a specific machine.
• If material numbers are known, enter them directly via Quick Quote.
• Use favorites lists to manage and order products you require often.
• Navigation among the product categories can be refined further using the filter options, taking you quickly to the product you are looking for.
• There are also exploded views available for many machines.

Are you looking for a certain product such as filters, lenses or something similar?

Just enter your keyword at the top of the homepage and all matching products will be displayed. Please note: To add a product into the shopping cart, you have to assign a machine. Therefore, it makes sense to already apply the filter for the machine you are looking for. Then, only the parts which are suitable for the selected machine will be displayed.

Do you already know the material number of the part you need?

Then just enter it in the Quick Quote field and the product will be added directly to your shopping cart. If you would like to place several parts in your shopping cart at once, you can easily upload your document (CSV file format).

Are there certain parts that you repeatedly order?

Then add the parts you buy the most to a favorites list. This can then be placed directly into your shopping cart - completely or partially - when you make your next request for quotation. It is easy to add each part to a favorites list via the list symbol on the product page.

Are you looking for products in a certain category such as filters or lenses? Simply select a category and the corresponding parts are displayed. Please note also here that you first have to assign a machine for a specific part before adding it to your shopping cart.

Do you know exactly where in the machine the part you are looking for is installed?

Exploded views are available for many machines. Using these technical drawings, you can identify the part you are looking for and then add it to your shopping cart.

A product image, a short description and the corresponding material number is displayed for each part. The product detail page also shows the assigned machine and you can of course reassign a machine. List prices are also displayed. For some parts, it might be that we cannot display a price. In this case, we will inform you about the price in our quotation. Each product can be easily added to a favorites list using the list symbol. Add the desired quantity of the selected part to your order request by using the shopping cart symbol.

Click on the shopping cart symbol to be directed to your shopping cart. There, you can find an overview of the quotation process and your products.

Quotation process:

1. Request quotation: Add the products you want to your shopping cart and send your request to inquire about a quotation on the items included.
2. E-mail confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your request via E-mail while our teams prepare the quotation for you.
3. Receive quotation: We will contact you as soon as we have generated the quotation.

Below, you can find an overview of your selected products and can also add further products by adding the material number. On the right, you can find an information about the preliminary total.

Please note: In case that you've selected products of which we can't display the price, there will only be displayed "on request".

You can proceed with your request for quotation by clicking the button "To quotation request"

This is one the final steps of your request for quotation.

• Add specific information such as another address or any other information you would like to send to TRUMPF.
• Add your individual reference number if needed.
• Click on "Continue to overview to" to view the summary of your request for quotation.

• Check the summary if your request for quotation is complete.
• Send your request for quotation by clicking on "Send request".

An order confirmation will be sent to you within a few minutes.

After you've successfully sent your order request, you will be directed to a confirmation page and receive an E-mail confirmation.
